  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix well.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread mixture over crust.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Top with pecans if desired.
