- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn syrup, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla until combined.
- Add pecans and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Allow pie to cool completely before slicing.
