- 2 cups pumpkin puree

- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and sugar.
- Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and spices to the mixture.
- Pour in evaporated milk and melted butter, then mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
