A festive twist on classic deviled eggs featuring turkey, perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add shredded turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Fill the egg white halves with the turkey yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Use leftover turkey for a quicker option.
- Add chopped celery for extra crunch.
