Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add shredded turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  4. Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  5. Fill the egg white halves with the turkey yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
