Description
Soft and fluffy dinner rolls perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let rolls rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter roll, increase sugar to 1/3 cup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can freeze the rolls after baking.
