Description
Thanksgiving egg rolls filled with turkey and cranberry sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup stuffing
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Add 2 tablespoons of filling to the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in.
- Roll tightly and seal the top with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Use leftover turkey for this recipe.
- Experiment with different fillings if desired.
- Adjust frying time for desired crispiness.
