Description

Thanksgiving egg rolls filled with turkey and cranberry sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup stuffing
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of filling to the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in.
  5. Roll tightly and seal the top with beaten egg.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce.
