Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing butter, salt, pepper, and garlic under the skin.
  3. Stuff the turkey with stuffing and place in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Meanwhile, sauté onions, celery, and carrots in olive oil for the green beans.
  6. Cook green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
