Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff the turkey with stuffing and place in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. While the turkey cooks, boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and season.
  6. Sauté green beans in olive oil until tender.
  7. Serve cranberry sauce on the side.
