Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, and bell peppers. Stir to combine.
- Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
