Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with milk and butter.
- Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, sauté the green beans and almonds until they are tender and golden.
- Combine the green beans with the mashed potatoes and mix in the cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
- Feel free to add garlic for extra flavor.
- Make sure the cheese is fully melted before serving.
- You can substitute green beans with broccoli if desired.
