Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. In the last 5 minutes, add sliced almonds and cranberries.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
