Ingrédients

- 4 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- In the last 5 minutes, add sliced almonds and cranberries.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh green beans for best results.
- You can substitute almonds with walnuts or pecans.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
