Delicious southern-style Thanksgiving side dishes.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups collard greens
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup cooked white beans
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Wash and chop collard greens.
- Cook collard greens in boiling water for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, buttermilk, and salt.
- Stir in cooked white beans and onions.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
- Serve collard greens with butter and seasonings.

- Adjust spice levels to your taste.
- Use fresh greens for best flavor.
