  • 1 cup cooked white beans

  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop collard greens.
  2. Cook collard greens in boiling water for 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, buttermilk, and salt.
  4. Stir in cooked white beans and onions.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
  7. Serve collard greens with butter and seasonings.
