  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary
  • 4 cups of chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. Rub the softened butter over the entire turkey.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  5. Stuff the turkey cavity with mixed fruits.
  6. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
  7. Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  8. Check the internal temperature, it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  9. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
