Description
A festive turkey dish decorated with fresh fruits, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups of mixed fruits (grapes, apples, oranges)
- 1 cup of butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 4 cups of chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Rub the softened butter over the entire turkey.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Stuff the turkey cavity with mixed fruits.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature, it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.

- Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your turkey.
- Save the drippings for gravy.
