Description
A simple and tasty Thanksgiving gravy made without meat drippings.
Ingrédients

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the flour and whisk continuously for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually pour in the vegetable broth while whisking to prevent lumps.
- Add soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and thyme.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.

- This gravy is vegan-friendly.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
