A healthy and flavorful side dish for Thanksgiving featuring seasonal greens.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add kale, spinach, and Brussels sprouts. Cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in walnuts and cranberries.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
