Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture over the ham, covering it evenly.
  5. Cover the ham with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  8. Let the ham rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
