Ingrédients
- Turkey – 2 cups shredded
- Stuffing – 1 cup
- Mashed Potatoes – 2 cups
- Green Bean Casserole – 1 cup
- Cranberry Sauce – 1/2 cup
- Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup shredded
- Eggs – 2
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and green bean casserole in a large bowl.
- Add cranberry sauce and stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and mix with melted butter.
- Combine egg mixture with the leftover mix.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use any leftover vegetables you have.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- This can be made ahead and refrigerated.
