A creamy and cheesy mac and cheese perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni to cheese sauce and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Use any combination of cheese you prefer.
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Great as a side dish for Thanksgiving dinner.
