Ingrédients

- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk, stirring continuously until thickened.
- Add cheese to the sauce and stir until melted.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
- Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- Add cooked bacon or vegetables for extra flavor.
