  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion and celery in melted butter until soft.
  3. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the mixture and place it in a roasting pan.
