  • 2 cups of turkey broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 2 cups of cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 package of pie crusts
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the vegetables until tender.
  3. Add turkey broth and cream, mixing well.
  4. Stir in thyme and shredded turkey, then simmer.
  5. Roll out pie crusts and place in pie dishes.
  6. Fill with turkey mixture and top with a second crust.
  7. Mix cranberry sauce with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  8. Spoon cranberry mixture over the pie.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool and refrigerate until serving.

Notes
