Description
A simple and delicious Thanksgiving meal designed for two people.

- 1 turkey breast (2–3 lbs)
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 pumpkin pie (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the turkey breast in a baking dish.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the stuffing mix and chicken broth.
- Stuff the turkey breast with the stuffing mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- While the turkey cooks, steam the green beans until tender.
- Warm the cranberry sauce.
- Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice the turkey and serve with stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie.
Notes
- Check the turkey temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- You can adjust the stuffing recipe based on personal preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
