- 4 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups of corn kernels
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil the green beans for 5 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add potatoes, corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Mix in the green beans and transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute green beans with broccoli.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
