Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the meat with olive oil and seasoning.
- Place the meat in a roasting pan.
- Cover with foil and roast for several hours.
- Remove the foil for the last hour to brown the meat.
- Rest the meat before slicing.
