- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and pumpkin puree to the butter mixture.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
