Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cold water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and beaten egg.
  7. Place a spoonful of filling on each dough circle.
  8. Fold and seal the edges.
  9. Place pastries on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
