- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cold water until dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and beaten egg.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each dough circle.
- Fold and seal the edges.
- Place pastries on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Let pastries cool before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
