  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in ice water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and fit it into a pie pan.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin, cream, brown sugar, eggs, and spices.
  7. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 minutes.
  9. Let cool before serving.
