A classic Thanksgiving plate featuring turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and seasonal vegetables.

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 pounds)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 cups mixed seasonal vegetables (carrots, green beans, and squash)
- 1 cup gravy
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mix.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting occasionally.
- In the last 30 minutes, remove the foil to brown the skin.
- While the turkey cooks, steam the mixed vegetables until tender.
- Heat the gravy in a saucepan.
- Once the turkey is cooked, let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce, vegetables, and gravy.
Notes
- Ensure the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Use fresh herbs for additional flavor in the stuffing.
- Leftover turkey can be used for sandwiches or salads.
