Description
Delicious Thanksgiving potatoes side dish.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain and return to pot.
- Add milk and butter. Mash until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with additional cheese, if desired.
Notes
- Use any type of potato.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
