Description

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
