Ingrédients

- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine corn, cream, milk, sugar, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen or fresh corn.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
