Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and trim the green beans.
  3. Dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the green beans, potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  7. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  8. Serve warm with cranberry sauce on the side.
