Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, and bell peppers. Stir well.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding jalapeños.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Garnish with extra green onions before serving.
