A delicious sourdough bread perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 300g water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 5g sugar
Instructions
- Mix the flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl.
- Add salt and sugar, and knead the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding every hour.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Proof for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Score the top of the dough and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- Use a digital scale for accurate measurements.
- Store leftovers in a paper bag.
- Best enjoyed fresh.
