- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, water, and sugar.
- Add the flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth.
- Let it rise for 4-6 hours until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise again for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
