- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped

- 2 cups vegetable broth

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and celery, sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can use day-old bread for better texture.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
