Ingrédients

- 1 pre-made tart crust
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, and eggs.
- Add spices and salt, stirring until well combined.
- Pour mixture into tart crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
