A festive twist on the classic tiramisu, perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingrédients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat mascarpone, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine coffee and coffee liqueur.
  4. Quickly dip ladyfingers in the coffee mixture.
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone mixture.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
