Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, Brussels sprouts, and carrots.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss until vegetables are well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove from oven and stir in walnuts and cranberries.
  8. Serve warm.
