Instructions

  2. Toss Brussels sprouts, green beans, and carrots in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  6. Sprinkle walnuts and cranberries on top.
