A delicious and hearty beef cheeseburger pasta casserole that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with pasta in one dish.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet.
- Mix in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
