A delicious beef tips and gravy recipe that’s easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Return beef to the skillet and add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
- Add cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until gravy thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
