- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes

- 2 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in ground beef; cook until browned.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Pour in diced tomatoes and beef broth; stir to combine.
- Add kidney beans and black beans; mix well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
