  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice for the dip.
  7. Serve meatballs with spicy mayo dip.
