A delicious and easy taco pasta bake that’s perfect for dinner.

- 8 ounces of rotini pasta
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of corn, drained
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning, salsa, black beans, and corn to the beef; stir until combined.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the beef mixture and sour cream.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Substitute beans with lentils for a vegetarian version.
