Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, arrange the pineapple slices.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar and melted butter.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix well.
- Incorporate eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the pineapple slices.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
