- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the pineapple slices and arrange them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar and melted butter.
- Pour the mixture over the pineapple slices.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut and graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
