Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, flour, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the hot mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
