Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix green beans, potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
