Description
A refreshing cold soup made from ripe tomatoes and vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add tomato juice, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend again until well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve cold.

- Use ripe tomatoes for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
